Organizations accepting AI and ML papers

ML and AI paper submissions need to be made much more accessible.  Everyone is talking about AI.  They are using scandolous stock photos, but that is because no one can understand your research. 😉 Please do not assume math PhDs and rocket scientists as audiences. If including code and data is not possible because of compute requirements, consider providing a simulative virtualized environment for engineers, entrepreneurs, and experts to play with. Also, write an accompanying blog.

Here are top conferences or organizations where research papers can be submitted. (updated June 1)

Journal of Machine Learning Research

The Journal of Machine Learning Research (JMLR or jmlr@csail) provides an international forum for the electronic and paper publication of high-quality scholarly articles in all areas of machine learning. All published papers are freely available online.

Neural Information Processing Systems*

The Neural Information Processing Systems (NIPS) Foundation is a non-profit corporation whose purpose is to foster the exchange of research on neural information processing systems i.e. a field which benefits from a combined view of biological, physical, mathematical, and computational sciences.  NIPS Foundation is primarily focused on the NIPS Conference.
